Hello 👋 I’m Roger Singleton.

I run LCA Factory, a managed delivery service for product carbon footprints, EPDs, whole-life carbon assessments and Digital Product Passport data. I'm an engineer by training (PhD, CEng) with a background that spans aerospace, automotive, manufacturing and the built environment. I've spent my career sitting between two worlds, industrial production discipline and the challenge of our generation to become more sustainable; which turns out to be a useful place to write from.

The Lifecycle Brief is where I make sense of the regulatory landscape for the people who actually have to do something about it. Sustainability leads, procurement, CFOs, engineers, senior practitioners. Anyone commissioning or delivering product carbon work who doesn't have time to track every CBAM update, ESPR delegated act and EPD standard revision themselves.
